What happens if the engineer is unable to repair my computer?
In this case, our No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that there will be nothing to pay at all.
Do you offer telephone support?
We may offer limited telephone support to our existing customers.
Do you charge for travelling time?
No. Only the time spent by the engineer working on your computer is chargeable.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Our engineers are fully qualified, highly experienced and have spent many years working in the computer industry.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, Pay Pal and all major credit and debit cards.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed.
Can I limit the Call Out Service to just one hour?
Yes, you can choose to limit the call to one hour and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale. However, the engineer may not be able to complete the work within this time and our No-Fix No-Fee policy will apply, therefore you will be charged for the work even though it is incomplete.
If the repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
Our minimum charging period for Call Out work is one hour. If the repair is completed in under one hour, the engineer will offer to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check or a virus scan.
Do you repair laptops?
Yes, we can repair all all software problems on laptops and some hardware problems (not including screen).
Do you repair printers?
We carry out software related repairs to printers - driver and/or installation problems. However, we do not repair printer hardware failures.
Do you repair monitors?
No.
Do you repair Apple or Linux systems.
Yes, we can repair most hardware issues on these systems. Our No-Fix No-Fee policy still applies and in the event the engineer cannot repair your fault, you will not be charged.
